5.20pm sunset

As the days grow shorter it is now getting dark before 5.30pm. Tonight the sky was quite different in my two images. At the top I s looking north and at the bottom is looking west. Today turned out to be lovely  and sunny after a morning frost. Just over 3 weeks to the shortest day.
