In the greenhouse
The Feast Day of Saint Joan of Arc. 1412 to 1431. Patron Saint of France, soldiers and martyrs.
The weather is 12c, rainy, cloudy and cold but we enjoyed an hour of sunshine.
Soon Paul is hoping to cut the front lawn and I will help him gather up the grass cuttings. We have a green recycling bin that we pay the Council to empty several times a year during the Spring and Summer months.
The potato plants are coming along well in the greenhouse. Several other plants that were bought recently as bare roots from Farmer Gracy online, and are springing into life. The Astrantia has a pretty pastel pink flower and the Berengia are producing healthy "big ears". The calendula, cornflowers and cosmos seedlings are doing well along with the hollyhocks.
We take each day as it comes weatherwise and hope the plants can thrive. God is good.
Have a good day blip friends and thank you for your kind comments.
