The Jumps are Higher
Today we both went to the second day of the horse jumping in Czerwony Krzyz, where there was a larger crowd than yesterday enjoying the continuing good weather. The events today were more challenging than yesterday, over a hundred horses from Poland and Lithuania competing. Lithuania will be going home with several trophies. There was again a pleasant relaxed atmosphere shared by quite a gathering of well behaved dogs.
RS, who still hasn't finished our piece of furniture, wanted me to get underneath the horses at a jump to take a shot. I lay on the ground and waited for the thundering hooves. I admit the light would have been better from the other side of the jump.
I also took a shot of a couple and their dogs which I would post but it would be bad manners however nice. I needed to experiment a little to attenuate the effects of the sun.
I notice this is my 400th blip. D is astonished. Thank you for the kind remarks about yesterdays.
