Cranberry and pecan cheese.

I made this to take to a friend’s house this afternoon. We should have been meeting up with another ex colleague, but her dog was very poorly and needed to go to the vet.

We will rearrange for the summer holidays, but I now have a large cheese dish that needs to be eaten. I might need to give some of it to the neighbours (along with the dessert that I made…)
