It's London but not as we know it
Leadership Training module two, day one.
I thought I was having a heart attack today, it turns out it was too much caffeine, too much stress, not enough oxygen and several doses of my inhaler. It's a great course but rather stressful. This morning we did some more classroom stuff on neuroscience which I loved. This afternoon was fish-bowl conversations with an actor, which I did not love. This evening (weirdly) we had to form a choir. I think I was probably the only person who loved that.
"What have you done today to make you feel proud?" a. didn't die of a heart attack b. didn't jump out of my seat and yell at the woman who really needed yelling at and c. sang a cheesy pop song with 39 colleagues. Take that Ms Heather Small!
