I’ll take that as closed then.

The road from our village to the outside world is closed and will remain that way for four months while Anglian Water put a new water main in.
They are taking the easy way out digging a two and a half mile trench down the middle of the road it seems instead of putting it under the farmland on either side. That may be just the section coming into the village of course but they have been very secretive and not published much information.
You can make out the cctv unit recording the registration of any vehicle that goes up the road…..
The diversion is about 3 miles extra so we won’t be doing that when we are on our bikes!
