Abstract Cactus Flowers

Yesterday I posted an abstract of the Red Bird of Paradise. Today I thought I'd give Abstract Thursday a try. Thanks to Ingeborg for the theme of 'color.' I tried a variety of methods to make the cactus flowers a colorful abstract. I hope it works because abstracts aren't in my wheelhouse. Alternate is an extra. I can switch them - let me know which you prefer for the theme. I'm torn... the early consensus was that the extra was a little bit more abstract...so I switched them. Thanks for the input.  x

I had a very nice virtual blip meet with TMLHereandThere from New Zealand yesterday. Zoom unceremoniously shut us down early. How rude! Today is going to be a quiet day. No appointments or visits are on the calendar. I have to reschedule some appointments which I had to cancel when I was in the hospital, including the dentist. I was glad I had to put that one off.

I'm feeling more human today but the problems with which I've been struggling remain. I went out to lunch for a veggie panino and brought home a salad with broccoli (and other good stuff) for dinner. I hope those count as eating more vegetables.
