Waiting for Andy

Northcote Road in Battersea was holding its annual Festival today. The road's about half a mile long, and was completely closed to traffic for the day. Loads of interesting stalls (including some far too tempting cakes!) - but my favourite shot was this one of the crowd sitting on the floor in one of the side streets, waiting to watch Andy Murray play at Wimbledon, on a huge TV screen which had been erected on the opposite side of Northcote road.
(We retreated, and watched the match in comfort at home - but I can imagine the Cheer that must have gone up when he won!)
