7-mile Cycle in DC

I’m getting in shape for a family trip to Squam Lake, New Hampshire in about a week. It’s where the movie “On Golden Pond” was filmed with the Fondas. I cycled 7 miles to the Georgetown waterfront and back. This view is typical: a high school or college crew is coached from a following boat on the Potomac with Virginia in the background.
