One for Arnie!
A dry day! We took Alex to the Museum of Flight at East Fortune (lots of wandering about on what was the RAF airfield, so not a museum for a rainy day) and spent a good few hours looking at planes. He liked Concorde and the newer jets, not so interested in the older stuff - unlike me! S liked it all I think, her first visit.
Home for chilli then straight back out to play tenpin. S hadn’t played in forever but her old skills came flooding back! Alex wasn’t so happy about that though as it meant he came last - but it’s all about taking part isn’t it? Not if you’re a twelve year old!
Top Gun Maverick on the box finished off the day if fine style.
