AMS home leg….

Picked up this morning and headed to BLL for our first flight to AMS.

Arrived on-time and sailed through transfers to next gate. Said farewells to colleague A who was headed to LHR.

Whilst waiting to board I saw the latest statement from the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee force who said the man killed earlier in the week on the KLM flight to BLL appears to have crawled into the engine deliberately. Case closed out of respect.

Very sad indeed for everyone involved.

Should get home mid afternoon and have a meeting scheduled with some French colleagues before hopefully getting out for a nice dog walk.
