It’s Not Raining Yet

Yet again it was a really lovely morning, however today I did not dress for summer, for fear of a cold office and of course, rain was forecast.  I had a busy morning, in fact it was a busy day, with lots of meetings.  The weather turned in the afternoon and it went very grey and it poured.  It feels like we are in the midst of the rainy season!
 
It was still pouring when I left this evening and to make matters worse the bus was late.  It rained all evening – in fact it poured all evening.  I’ve no idea what BB was up to today, however he did build a birthday Lego set!  He did head out for an evening in the pub with his chums – he appeared home around midnight absolutely drookit, but had had a good evening, and they had even taken part in a pub quiz. 
 
We had a quiet evening.  I had intended a wee walk, but I wasn’t going out in the rain. 
 
It was lovely in Princes Street Gardens at lunchtime.
