Friday Peony

A dreamy Peony, an antidote to a stressful afternoon sitting on the phone. Test results still not back from Dad’s GP, negative result needed for postponed eye treatment to finally go ahead Monday morning. Tried and failed to get through to hospital’s “eye emergencies” phone line to discuss situation, 19 times!! Can’t do anything now until Monday morning at 9am, an hour before transport is due to pick us up. Looking likely that eye treatment will be delayed even further. The only positive point about all this is if we don’t go to hospital we’ll be able to go to funeral of a dear family friend.
