Beautiful sunny day so all the lawns have had a trim and sides cut - must admit to the knees aching after lots of efforts.
Well the dinners in the oven and just about sat down awaiting the glass of red to provide pain relief. - well we do need a slight excuse now and then.
It's working - thought why cannot I have it prescribed - fat chance
