Cragside National Trust

Had a slightly rainy but really good walk around Cragside - incredible some of the homes and land rich people lived/live in!

This is the boys clambering through some rhododendron roots - most of the land was covered in very dense woodland - including a labyrinth. And a great play area and some lakes. We decided of all the castles and houses we’ve seen this holiday this would probably be our choice - although I might still switch back to Banburgh castle for the views…
