Sports Day Triumph

The girls were here for an hour this morning. They were with their dad, on their way to Fife for a birthday party. It was lovely to see them. The eight year old brought her sports day medal - the third fastest P4 girl in the flat race. She's pretty sporty and I'm not surprised that she did well. 

I was awake early and out well before 08:00. I gave Flora a good walk for about an hour then returned for coffee and a zoom with two friends. It's another beautiful day. 

My daughter called in to see her nieces. We walked Flora again and she stayed for lunch. I still have a lot of bedroom sorting to do and, unbelievably, I will have to do some garden watering later.
