THE PATTERN

WEEK 68: lost 1 stone 11lbs
AIM: promise to try better! and drink more and no eating after 7!

The best thing about this journal is the ability to study the weight loss pattern and not lose heart. Looking back I seem to have a 3 or 4 week loss and then a 1 or 2 week gain.
I weighed on Friday morning before I set off for my wimbledon treat but hoped my Saturday weight might be better but apparently you don't loss weight watching tennis whilst sitting eating a picnic!!
