Bit of cleaning

Early walk to pick up paper and bread, and then spent the morning with vacuum and polish, then ironing as needed to get through yesterdays jobs before we headed out.
Met up with daughter, SiL and grandson and headed off along the canal to our favourite coffeeshop. Today we had beer, and then SiL suggested calling into another pub on our way back, so a second beer was had.
Lovely afternoon fun and sun. The cat was right in the middle of the path and we stepped over it and then turned back to say hello but he was too busy to chat. Dinner was a warm up of leftovers, so quick and now about to settle in front of the log burner to watch a film.
