Catching a wave

A day with the family at Foxlake in East Lothian. It's a great facility/attraction, and the kids thoroughly loved it. Twin pulley lines across the lake that pull the boarders back and forth. A great way to learn, especially for the kids. they seemed to have a bit of a natural ability for it, must be all the skateboarding etc. that they constantly do. I got out on the bike as well this morning, a ride with a few of the guys up over the Lammermuirs, then i went out to Foxlake and back again to really make sure i earned the evening BBQ we had with friends, oh and maybe a G'n'T too.
