Art

I had a conversation with my mentor today and suggested panel discussions throughout the country on art and activism. Naturally I am now volunteered for that. It won’t really be around the country if I’m doing it but it could be in a number of places.

Then I bought a birthday gift for my friend who turned 40 yesterday. I remember that. Not well. Ok, I remember around that time period. I saw these other things while there. 

THEN I dropped off a picture of mine that I had printed. One of my friends liked it, offered to buy it, so I printed it and framed it and, largely to get it out of my house, delivered it. Just in time. It turns out they move to the Dominican Republic in two weeks. 

Alas, the birthday dinner was in DC. I drove in. I could not find parking. I left. I drove her gift to her home and basically spent two hours driving around. 

Oh well.
