summer sun

what a wonderful day. Got up early so I did my yoga and meditation out in the garden, lovely just the sound of the birds and the bee's busy in the flowers.
Took the dogs on a walk up the beach, they had a good run in the sea. Came back home and spent the rest of the day lazing about the garden lovely........
