Juvenile Great Spotted Woodpecker

What a "Great" day in every sense. Spotting this Great, which has been visiting our feeders on and off, but never staying long enough for me to catch it. Taken in warm golden light just after mid-day.

Then, THE match. Hardly any traffic in the area from 2 pm onwards. I have to admit I couldn't cope with the tension in the third set and had gone into another room. All of a sudden a roar in our street, and yes, Andy Murray had won the Men's Singles Final at Wimbledon. A great sporting moment.
