Splish splash!

A hot weekend forecast and we got the paddling pool out in the morning, D needed no encouragement and dived - pretty much literally - in.

We had a picnic lunch in the garden with Felix the cat looking hopeful and when I popped into the kitchen for something I returned to find Felix sitting next to D who was feeding him pieces of cheese. This continued later at dinner with D delighted to be sharing his food - 'piece for Felix, piece for D!' Felix has a new best friend!
