Goodbye Pork Pie

A local restaurant used to make pork pies to order once a month which I'd hardly had time to enjoy before they stopped making them.  Out of the blue this morning I received an email telling me that had made some more for an event last night and had a few left over they would be selling today.  Yummmmm!  I was fortunate to secure 4 of the precious batch - one to eat now and 3 in the freezer to enjoy later.   Delicious!  Not exactly my home town Melton Mowbray pork pie but still absolutely delicious.  

I worked off some overindulgence in the afternoon by mowing the lawns.
