The Egg and I

You all my age do recall the fantastic memoirs of Betty Mac Donald (1907-1958) "The Egg and I". The book came out in 1945 but was a best seller, movie and all, much later. My Fulbright friend who came to Finland in 1962 from Seattle had known the writer personally. Thus, reading the book was double fun.

But now the story continues as "The Airfryer and I". Yesterday a cake in the airfryer, and this morning, believe it or not an egg in the airfryer, 140 C degrees and 10 minutes. Perfect. Just right. :-)
