Happy birthday Joke

It's my sister's birthday today; but we're not in a happy mood.
My mother is totally stressed and very sad and lonely the moment she arrived in the nursing home yesterday.
And so are we. 

What we feared, despite all the good professional advice, became reality.
She can't live like this, and so can't we.
