A walk in the park.

A great morning in the gym, although Vic was a bit down. He was supposed to be going out for a meal with his daughter & family this afternoon,  but was thinking of cancelling. By the time we had had a coffee and cup cakes , supplied by Ann ( it was her birthday yesterday) I think we had managed to change his mind.  There were two new, younger ladies there this morning, and Des, as always went on to talk to them. They told Ann that he remined them of their grandfather. I couldn't resist telling him, and his face was a picture as it's wasn't wanted he wanted to hear. Ffion, one of our young trainers joined us for a coffee, which was nice, but I did miss Cath. A great walk home through the park, and it actually felt summery.
