Foam inside cushion replaced.

You can see the chair is pretty worn out but my hubby loves it. Believe it or not this is the new foam pad inside the cushion. It looks and feels much better. I still have a lot of work to do on the chair. I just sent for some leather repair paste that I am going to try to do something with the piping and cracks in the arms. I also have leather restorer to improve the colour. I've used it before on something else and it is very effective. Fingers crossed.
Would you keep it or throw it out?
