Ferry across the Blyth River

A visit to Southwold with sunshine and 20 degrees C.

Nice to see the sea again and wander through the town. Lots of visitors so the town looked busy. To the south of Southwold is Walberswick and the river Blyth flows between the two. The quickest link between the two is the ferry boat, rowed by a lady. Just £2 per person to cross the river. The alternative is a very long walk.

Nice to be out on what feels like the first day of summer.
