Cambodia

This piece of carved stone came from Cambodia, at the tourist shop at Angkor Wat. We went round the ruins and saw the place where Angelina Jolie was filmed in Tomb Raider.
We also visited the killing fields and saw the many skulls in a huge glass cabinet and trees with teeth embedded in them where thousands of innocent people were killed by Pol Pots' soldiers.
It was a very emotional day for us as we were waiting to pick up and formally adopt our twin daughters that week.
