Fairytale forest

A lazy morning after a late rise and a relaxed breakfast before Sue headed home, and we went on our daily wander with M&MrW.

There was a bunch of people in various costumes competing against each other in some kind of photographic challenge. They certainly brought some life to the forest compared to the usual bridal/baby shoots that mostly happen there.

We spent the afternoon cooking, it kept us warm as the temperatures dipped, just a pity the recipes sounded better than the end result.

Tummies full, we settled down to watch an old movie before bed.
