Great-Spotted Woodpecker

This week is the uni's Conservation Society's annual end of year trip to Scotland. The journey here was a bit more difficult than we hoped thanks to a breakdown at the side of the A1 but we all got here in one piece and were greeted by this woodpecker along with some siskins, great tits and chaffinches on the feeders outside our cottage. Looking forward to a good week.
