Hogganfield Loch

We hoped it would be a pleasant walk around here today but it was disappointing. The loch was fine and much of the surrounding land has been returned to wildflower meadows but lots of landscapes areas and a playground appear to have been left to deteriorate. It just looked neglected. I hope the council has a plan to develop these areas.
