Monday walk

This morning we completed a city walk. After early fog the day became very sunny but the temperature was still cool in keeping with the season. The original Christchurch Post Office in Cathedral Square was opened in 1878 and remained as a postal centre until 2000. It then became a tourist information centre until it closed in 2011 with
damage after our big earthquake.  I am thrilled to see that it has now been restored and will open in the future as a restaurant complex.
