Chillin'

Not me, but it was lovely to see other people enjoying a lake I didn’t even know existed.  Wheatfields Lake, elevation 7,300 feet/2225 m (Navajo Nation).

After one last early morning hike (extra) and a coffee (extra), we left Bluff to begin the 5 hour drive home which took 7 hours, but that’s only because we stopped several times to explore.

Belated Blipversary/Birthday/posting.  This is not your ordinary 4-year blip anniversary. Not only because it has taken me 4 ½ years to get here…, but also because June 1 marked for me the completion of 75 revolutions around the sun.  Seventy-five, and still I thrive!  Okay, I might move a tad slower than I did at 40, but I am no less curious, no less enthusiastic, yet ever more grateful for the gift that has been my life.

Speaking of gifts, blip foto is a gift that saved my sanity (during COVID) and continues to give me hope in humanity. Though we blippers come from very different parts of the world, we share an open mind about our differences, delight in them, actually.  We also share a kindness toward one another that is verry rare in the social media world.

Thank you, cherished blip mates, for your many generosities…filling my entries with sparkling stardust beautiful hearts and the kindest of words. I am humbled.  I look forward every day to seeing what is new in your part of the world and to reading what “touches” you about my little corner of the planet.

Thank you, always, to Dreich for introducing me to blipfoto.  Thank you to the people who volunteer their time for the challenges, and finally a big thank you to all of you…you amazing people who help make blip run smoothly.
