Xcel Sarcasm

Xcel is the power company that supplies gas and electricity to the upper midwest including Minnesota. I came across the sign on a walk. I think it's a disgruntled citizen using sarcasm, not an Xcel employee.

I was using a point-and-shoot on auto mode. The camera used its flash, thus the reflections from the cones.
