Accident

Good run, very warm. Brother and SiL arrived late morning with their very large dog, around 35kilo of pointer. Hetty wanted to play and got knocked over twice. We warned them about the pond and they said he doesn’t like water he won’t go near. We heard a splash ran through to find him in the middle panicking, I managed grab his collar and help him out. Hose down and good as new.
Got a call from son in law after lunch to let us know they were in A&E with the grandson as he had cut his hand and could we get Ruby from their house as they had left in a hurry and left the kitchen in a mess with broken crockery and blood on the floor and he was worried she would hurt herself or track blood through the house. We went and got her once the big dog had gone. Little one came home around five but is back to hospital in the morning as they need to do more work and are going to sedate him. That is going to be a worry. He was being helpful and carrying a cup and plate, fell and the smashed cup cut into his hand.
After her very busy day Hetty has gone to bed already.
