We went to visit my cousin Sue today. She lives in Poundbury, an extension to the Dorset town of Dorchester, built using the urban design principles described in King Charles' book ‘A Vision of Britain’. It's all very smart there, even the children's play equipment and the garages!

We came home via our pharmacy, where it was confirmed that I have shingles. This is, of course, a blatant attempt at getting sympathy. Or chocolate. I'll accept either.
