I have been to the doctor's today. I was assaulted 27 years ago and it left my with no breathing through my nose and no sense of smell. I was informed that they could give me 40% smell but no breathing in one nostril. Cooking is a passion of mine and a good sense of smell is important to me. So the doctor has referred me to e.n.t to see if the can improve the condition and hopefully I will be able to smell and breathe properly, fingers crossed. Sleep pattern is a bit varied at the moment with some good days and then some sleep deprivation.
