Saucy Wind & Rain

It was a lazy, slow day for me with not much thought of picture-taking. Then, while Ceridwen and I were talking on the phone, the sky grew dark, the wind started blowing, so I walked a little way down my street to where this tree had been carved up a few hours earlier. I and others were surprised by the saucy change of weather that punctuated the day.

Rain tumbled down for about fifteen minutes, and a quiet evening began.
