Difficult one for you. Can you spot me ;)
Storm forecast so started early with Schindlers Factorywhich was fascinating, less about Schindler but more about the Second World War and what happened to Krakow which I have to admit was on my periphery. Seen and demonstrated this way really hit home and the immersive style exhibition, seeing the streets we just walked witnessing history , 1939 does not feel that long ago. How easily humans can be drawn into madness.
Cheered ourselves with lunch at a vegetarian place Glonojad, superb as were the rather cheap drinks and as per, went to our heads and we were rather trollied for the rest of the afternoon. So much so we had an enormous ice cream then conked out for an hour on a bench in the main square. Hobos!
Back to the hotel. Quick spin in the sauna and jacuzzi then out for dinner at another veggie place, Chimera. A leafy courtyard with buffet style phenomenal food all for £20 for two.
Started to watch Schindlers List which resonated all the more for being able to recognise and feel the history around the streets.
