Tuesday

A walk and a tea/scone with a friend at the Hospice cafe this morning. Date and orange scone and it was lovely. 

Home for a few hours then wandered along to the library to collect a reserved book. 
I have had the feeling of wanting someone to hold me tight and for me to scream today, feel I need the feeling of pressure then to let it out. Horrible.
