They grow so fast!

My colleague, Noelle, and I often walk together at lunchtime. She only works at the beginning of the week. Last time we walked here together, we spotted and photographed goslings. They seem to have all grown up.

Sleep was a little better.

I don’t think I have been so sad today, or compelled to work things out (which makes me sad).

I was going to miss out on my planned run because an accident on the A27 meant that I was late home. A friend persuaded me to go, so I did.

Noo and I are now eating late. ZQ is playing football and will eat later.
