Red

I couldn’t resist the red version of spring onions.  They are nice and chunky too, unlike some of the very slim ones in the normal variety.

These were very tasty and I enjoyed them as part of a nice steak salad for my dinner tonight.  Leo and Ian had done a lunchtime McDonald’s run as they were both home, so I only needed to cater for myself. It made for a nice quick meal for one for me as my steak cooked in a flash in the air fryer.  I do like cooking steak that way now - far less messy as well as super quick.
