Tuesday: Acanthus, Astrantia and Lettuce

Grey skies and windy, then drizzle, then very heavy rain … by evening the clouds have disappeared as has the wind and rain, quite nice actually :-)

Cut some baby lettuce leaves to have with lunch, they are cropping well in their clear plastic container, no slugs! - we don’t like large lettuce leaves, so these are just fine for us :-)
Started off some more lettuce seeds and some runner beans. Tomato plants haven’t made much progress, still in the greenhouse but haven’t made much root growth :-(
