Strange events in the park

Walked through Taylor Park and there were some adults with a fire pit under the trees, teaching children how to set fires on the ground.
I tried to get  good look at the swans with their cygnets but there were people on the water in canoes and the swans took the cygnets into the trees away from them.
It has rained most of the day - and a lot of the time it was chucking down. Feels nothing like June - more like November!
