Growing

Keepfit was quite hard this morning, but at least I could do it, I don't think I could have done so yesterday.
The afternoon was volunteering down at the ponds when we worked hard cutting back overhanging branches and cutting down (or pulling up) Himalayan balsam. The cutting down to prevent flowering is a new approach for the large patches, some of which appeared after the floods, so time will tell if it works.
I had to go and say hello to the swan family before I left.
This evening a Zoom prayer meeting and some admin.
