The Balconies

Of New Orleans. We just did a quick drive through downtown this morning talking about Hurricane Katrina. She knew most of the details, saw the Superdome and where the Pelicans play, Smoothie King arena (corporate America at its best). These carriages seem like they’d be fun, but I always feel bad for the horses so have never gone on a ride. A little more than 5 hours later, we arrived in Auburn, Alabama. The pool was closed (rain). Dinner, shower, some PBS games and waiting to chat with Logan and Josie. JoJo worn out and sleeping belly up.
