Snoopy

Out from Lossie early - 4am to catch the most favourable tides into Inverness. A glorious morning, though the wind dropped and we were on the motor. Here's Case, a Dutchman who we chummed up the coast on his lovely little wooden gaffer, Snoopy - 19' long - he'd even been to the Azores on it. There's Fort George on the port and Rosemarkie on the starboard (eeaaarrgh) and just ahead we were surrounded by Dolphins. Which mostly escaped my camera of course.
So, into the canal basin and tied up for a walk to the train. The Andy Murray win was scarcely more bearable just keeping abreast of on the iPhone rather than hiding from the TV behind the sofa. And then he blooming well did it! He did. I sat down to eat my hat.
