05/06/2024_Guess where we are…

So yesterday we were at G’s GP and finally got an explanation for their reluctance to repeat prescribe the drug that the cardiac consultant had put him on…it was causing the sudden kidney failure.
 
Today we were at the hospital for the cardioversion pre-op.  Unfortunately because his throat was damaged when he had a botched tonsillectomy age 9 (a long time ago) they feel it would be safer to move him from next week’s nurse led list to the list at the end of July where an anaesthetist will be present.
 
Anyway, he promised me lunch but didn’t feel well enough to go anywhere else so he bought me a tuna melt and cappuccino.
